Credit is the official currency of AI PPT Maker, used for generating and editing presentations with AI tools.

1. Using AI to generate PPT: Creating a new PPT, regenerating an existing one, or applying a new template all cost 10 credits each.
2. AI Text Tools: Generating AI speaker notes costs 5 credits per slide (regeneration is free). Enhancing text with AI costs 5 credits per use (current regenerations are free).
3. Uploading a custom template: Each upload costs 10 credits.

Free users: Receive 100 credits per month, which can be used for up to 10 PPT generations.
Paid users: Receive 500/unlimited credits per month, depending on the subscription plan.
Participation in activities: Participate in prize-winning surveys, PPT social media sharing, and other activities to earn 10-100 free credits, with credits being valid indefinitely. Activities are open periodically.

No, annual payments do not auto-renew for the following year. You will need to manually renew your subscription if you wish to continue using the service.

As a SaaS service provider, all products and services offered by AI PPT Maker and its business units are intangible and irrevocable.
In rare cases, we will only accept refund requests for the following reasons:
● Errors caused by our system malfunction.
● Within 24 hours of the first payment (Promotion non-refundable).
Please note:
1. The first payment refers to the initial payment and does not include renewals, plan upgrades, or repurchases.
2. Refunds are not supported within 24 hours after automatic renewal for monthly subscriptions; in this case, you may cancel your subscription.
3. Please provide a complete and valid reason for the refund request and email us at [email protected].
4. We do not guarantee refunds for lack of usage or dissatisfaction.
5. Promotional prices are non-refundable.
This policy is designed to protect our users while ensuring the sustainability of our services. We appreciate your understanding.

● Annual Subscribers: Since annual subscriptions do not automatically renew for the following year, there is no need to cancel.
● Monthly Subscribers: You can easily cancel your subscription through the "Subscriptions" menu in the workspace, with no additional fees. Please note that your current subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, after which your account will revert to the free plan. Any data saved in AI PPT Maker will not be lost.
