Credit usage varies by feature:
● Agent Slides: Credits are charged based on the actual cost of the AI models and resources used.
● Creative Slides: Credits are charged per image, depending on the selected model:
    ○ Nano Banana 2 (1K): 10 credits per image
    ○ GPT Image 2 (1K): 15 credits per image
    ○ Nano Banana Pro (1K): 20 credits per image
● Classic Slides:
    ○ Free accounts: 10 credits per complete presentation, regardless of the number of slides.
    ○ Paid accounts: 1 credit per slide.

Yes. Free accounts receive 50 credits every month. You will receive 10 credits before signing in and can claim the remaining 40 credits after signing in. Monthly credits do not roll over and will expire at the end of each month.

Yes. Your annual subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period, and the applicable subscription fee will be charged to your payment method on file. You can cancel the subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period.

In rare cases, we will only accept refund requests for the following reasons:
● Errors caused by our system malfunction.
● Within 24 hours of the first payment (Promotion non-refundable).

1. The first payment refers to the initial payment and does not include renewals, plan upgrades, or repurchases.
2. Refunds are not supported within 24 hours after automatic renewal for monthly subscriptions; in this case, you may cancel your subscription.
3. Please provide a complete and valid reason for the refund request and email us at [email protected].
4. We do not guarantee refunds for lack of usage or dissatisfaction.
5. Promotional prices are non-refundable.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscriptions section in your workspace.
Both monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Your account will then switch to the Free plan, and your saved data will not be deleted.
